E. “Paul” Dozois is a dedicated trial attorney at Felice Trial Attorneys, where he proudly represents individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others. Paul is deeply committed to standing up for victims and ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve.
A Florida native, Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida in 2007. After spending a year in the financial industry, he returned to the University of Florida to attend the Levin College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2011. During law school, Paul’s dedication to advocacy earned him the Outstanding Achievement in Pro Bono Work Award and the Book Award in Trial Practice for achieving the highest score in trial advocacy.
Following his admission to the Florida Bar in 2011, Paul began his career as a criminal prosecutor in the 13th Judicial Circuit in Tampa, Florida. There, he gained extensive jury trial experience, handling serious cases such as DUI with Serious Bodily Injury, Home Burglary, Trafficking in Controlled Substances, Felony Battery, and Attempted Murder. It was during this time that Paul discovered his passion for helping victims in need—a passion that continues to guide his practice today.
In 2015, Paul transitioned into civil litigation at one of Florida’s largest civil defense firms, where he practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, general liability, nursing home negligence, and automobile negligence. He later worked directly for one of the nation’s largest automobile insurance companies as an in-house litigation attorney, gaining invaluable insight by managing every aspect of countless personal injury cases from a defense perspective.
Since joining Felice Trial Attorneys, Paul has achieved numerous seven-figure results and multiple seven-figure verdicts, including playing an integral role in securing a $92 million verdict in 2025. For his success in achieving significant verdicts and settlements, Paul is recognized as a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, honors reserved for a small percentage of trial attorneys nationwide. He draws on his extensive courtroom experience and defense-side knowledge to deliver outstanding outcomes for those who have been wronged. Paul believes there is no greater reward than helping someone obtain full civil justice, and he works tirelessly to hold negligent individuals and corporations accountable.
In addition to his law practice, Paul is also an active member of several local professional organizations, including serving as a Board Member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association. Outside of the courtroom, Paul enjoys an active life in South Florida, where he lives in Jupiter with his wife and two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, boating, spending time outdoors, and making lasting memories with his family.
