David J. Majcak, Esq. has been proudly representing injured individuals at Felice Trial Attorneys (formerly Felice Law Group)since 2025. From 2009 - 2024, Dave worked on the defense side and was a Partner at a large law firm, while representing insurance companies and large corporations in personal injury cases. While that experience provided invaluable knowledge as to how insurance companies evaluate and fight claims, it also gave him a clear perspective: Dave wanted to stand with individuals, not insurance companies, and was disillusioned by the tactics utilized by insurance companies to minimize and devalue the injuries of those involved in personal injury litigation.
That realization led Dave to want to dedicate his career to fighting for injury victims and their families. Naturally, Dave wanted to work with Mr. Tim Felice, as he had previously litigated a high value case against him, and was impressed by Mr. Felice’s professionalism and zealous advocacy for his client that resulted in Mr. Felice obtaining a very favorable settlement that was far in excess of what the insurance company wanted to pay. For more than 15 years, Dave has successfully litigated personal injury cases throughout Florida. He has tried numerous cases before juries, argued in mediations, and presented evidence in arbitrations, always with the goal of achieving the best possible results for clients. Dave's background working for the defense and insurance companies has become a powerful advantage in anticipating and countering the strategies utilized by insurance companies and large corporations during pre-suit negotiations and in litigation.

A graduate of Le Moyne College(B.A., 2005), where he also competed as a member of the varsity tennis team, Dave went on to earn a law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2009.
He is an active member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, where he works alongside and collaborates with other plaintiff's attorneys to protect the rights of injury victims.
